Recommendations To The EU Action Plan On Human Rights And Democracy 2020-24

This paper sets out Lumos’ Recommendations to the EU Action Plan on Human Rights 2020-2024. These recommendations are based on the Roadmap for EU Action Plan on Human Rights and Democracy 2020-2024 and the previous EU Action Plan on Human Rights and Democracy 2015-2019.
